  • Open a document to add attachments, front/back photos, or reminder windows.
  • Use import and export for JSON document transfers between devices.
  • If iCloud is unavailable, sign in to iCloud Drive on the device and try again.

Account and data

Expiry Fairy does not use a separate account system. Your data stays tied to your device and iCloud storage. If you need help recovering or removing data, email support with a short description of the issue.

What to include

Send the document name, the reminder timing you expected, and any screenshot or error text you saw. That is usually enough to reproduce a problem quickly.
